RETURNS

On the basis of applicable law, within 14 days of receiving the ordered goods, you have the right to return them.

  1. Pack the products and complete the return form, which you will find below.
  2. Send the products together with the return form to the following address: Stryjeńskich 15B/81, 02-791 Warsaw.
  3. Wait for the refund, which will take place within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.

We do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels sent to us.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Buyer.

COMPLAINTS

If you receive damaged goods, you have the right to make a complaint.

  1. Pack the products and complete the complaint form, which you will find below.
  2. Send the products together with the complaint form to the following address: Stryjeńskich 15B/81, 02-791 Warsaw.
  3. After a positive consideration of your complaint, we will replace the compliant product or refund the full amount of the order, including the cost of return shipping, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the compliant goods.
